This policy explains how incrmntl ltd (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use the Nostra app and joinnostra.com. We are the data controller. We collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and we never have access to your money.
Who we are
incrmntl ltd. Nostra is made by incrmntl ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17404534), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Questions about this policy or your data go to nostra@incrmn.tl.
What Nostra is, and isn’t
Nostra is an information tool that shows public Polymarket data. We don’t hold, move or have access to your money or crypto, we don’t place trades, and we don’t give financial advice. Subscription payments are taken by Apple, so we never see your card or bank details.
What we collect
Account. Your email address, or the private relay address Apple gives you if you use Sign in with Apple. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and we never see them.
Your choices in the app. Topics you pick, traders, groups and markets you follow, groups you make, saved items, and your alert and quiet-hour settings.
Linked Polymarket profile (optional). The public username or wallet address you link. Linking doesn’t prove you own it, and we only read public data.
Notifications. A push token from Apple so we can send the alerts you turn on.
Subscription status. Apple tells us whether your subscription is active, in a trial or ended.
Messages. Feedback you send from the app and emails you send us.
Anonymous usage data. We use PostHog to record anonymous events, such as which screens are opened, so we can see what works and improve the app. We don’t link these events to your name or email.
Technical data. Supabase, which runs our servers and sign-in, keeps standard logs (such as IP address, device type, time and request) to keep Nostra secure and working. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in iPhone Settings, Apple also shares crash reports and usage statistics with us.
What we don’t collect
We never ask for or collect your Polymarket password, private keys, seed phrase or funds. We don’t use advertising trackers, we don’t sell or rent data, and we don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We don’t collect your precise location, contacts or photos.
Why we use it
To provide Nostra (contract). Running your account, your feed, your alerts and your subscription access.
Our legitimate interests. Keeping Nostra secure, preventing abuse, fixing bugs and using anonymous usage data to improve the app.
Your consent. Push notifications, which you allow through the iPhone prompt and can turn off at any time.
Legal obligations. Keeping records the law requires.
Public Polymarket data
Trader pages, scores and smart money signals are built from data Polymarket makes public, such as leaderboards, wallet addresses, trades and positions. We show it as published and don’t combine it with other sources to identify the people behind wallets. If you’d like your wallet hidden from Nostra, email nostra@incrmn.tl and we’ll hide it.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK, for example in the EU or the US. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to protect it.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of you deleting your account, with backups cleared within 90 days. Alert history is kept for 90 days. Anonymous usage data is kept for up to 24 months. Emails to us are kept for up to 2 years. We keep anything longer only where the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
Change your topics, follows and alerts in the app at any time, and turn notifications off in iPhone Settings. Delete your account in You › Settings › Account › Delete account.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to restrict or object to how we use it. Email nostra@incrmn.tl and we’ll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Nostra is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete it if we find out we have.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
