These terms are an agreement between you and incrmntl ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17404534), for your use of the Nostra app and joinnostra.com. By creating an account or using Nostra you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Nostra.
What Nostra is
Nostra is an information tool. It shows public data from Polymarket, such as traders’ results and positions, and lets you follow traders, groups and markets and get alerts about them.
Nostra doesn’t let you trade, doesn’t connect to your Polymarket account, and never holds, moves or has access to your money or crypto.
Not financial advice
Nothing in Nostra is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Scores, rankings, groups, smart money signals and alerts describe what happened in the past using public data. They don’t predict results and can be wrong or late.
Any decision you make, on Polymarket or anywhere else, is yours alone and at your own risk. Only risk money you can afford to lose.
Prediction markets and your local laws
Prediction markets are restricted or illegal in some countries. Nostra doesn’t give you access to Polymarket or any other market. It’s your responsibility to check and follow the laws where you live before using any market.
Not affiliated with Polymarket
Nostra is independent and isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket. Polymarket is a trademark of its owner. Links to Polymarket take you to a site we don’t control, and its own terms apply. We aren’t responsible for Polymarket, its markets, outages, deposits, withdrawals or trades.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to use Nostra. Keep your sign-in details safe: you’re responsible for activity on your account. Linking a Polymarket profile doesn’t confirm you own it, and you mustn’t link someone else’s profile to pretend to be them.
Subscriptions and free trials
Nostra Pro is sold through Apple’s App Store and Apple’s terms apply to the purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. A free trial, if offered, becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel a subscription.
Apple takes all payments and handles all refunds. We can’t issue refunds ourselves.
How accurate the data is
We take data from public sources and work some of it out ourselves; for example, scores refresh about once a week. It may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and alerts may arrive late or not at all. Nostra is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause or remove features, and we don’t promise Nostra will always be available or free of errors.
Groups and content you add
You keep ownership of groups, names, descriptions and feedback you add. You give us permission to store, show and share them as needed to run Nostra and as you choose (for example, when you share a group). Don’t add anything unlawful, offensive, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Using Nostra fairly
Don’t scrape or bulk-copy Nostra, resell its data, reverse engineer or overload it, get around its paywall or limits, harass anyone, or use it for anything unlawful, including market manipulation.
Our content
Nostra, its design, scores and software belong to incrmntl ltd. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use while you follow these terms.
Ending your use
You can stop using Nostra and delete your account at any time in You › Settings › Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or stop offering Nostra, and will tell you where we reasonably can.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and your statutory rights as a consumer aren’t affected.
Otherwise, we aren’t liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits or decisions you make based on Nostra; for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee; for Polymarket or other third parties; or for delays and errors in data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Nostra in the 12 months before the claim, or £50 if that’s more.
Apple App Store
If you downloaded Nostra from the App Store, these terms are between you and incrmntl ltd, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for Nostra or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and isn’t responsible for claims relating to Nostra, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims. If Nostra fails to meet an applicable warranty, you can tell Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm you aren’t in a country under a US government embargo and aren’t on a US government list of restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and tell you in the app about significant changes; using Nostra after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring claims there.
